Which exchanges are supported?

Fyndex supports 5 exchanges: Binance, Bitget, Blofin, Bybit, and OKX. Only Binance and Blofin can be used as master exchanges. All 5 exchanges can be used as follower exchanges to receive copied trades.

How does the copy trading work?

Fyndex monitors your master exchange via WebSocket for real-time order updates. When you place, modify, or cancel a futures order on your master exchange, it's instantly replicated to your enabled follower exchanges with your custom multiplier applied.

Are my API keys secure?

Yes. Your API keys are encrypted and stored locally on your device only. They never leave your computer and are not sent to our servers. All trading happens directly between your device and the exchanges.

What are position multipliers?

Multipliers let you scale position sizes on follower exchanges. For example, with a 2x multiplier, a $100 position on your master becomes $200 on the follower. You can set multipliers from 0.1x to 10x per exchange.

Does the app need to stay running?

Yes. Fyndex is a desktop application that runs locally on your computer. The copy trading engine only works while the app is open and copy trading is started. Close the app or stop the engine, and trades won't be copied.

What notifications will I receive?

You can configure Telegram notifications for order successes, failures, cancellations, critical errors, and periodic "system running" confirmations. All notification types are optional and customizable.

Do I need an active subscription?

Yes. Fyndex requires an active subscription to use the copy trading features. You can view and manage your subscription status, plan type, and renewal date on your account dashboard on the Fyndex website.

Can I test this on testnet first?

No. Fyndex only works with mainnet (live) exchange accounts. Make sure your API keys have futures trading permissions enabled and start with small position sizes to test the functionality.
