Installation

Download and install Fyndex on Windows or macOS in just a few minutes.

Before installing: Make sure you've created your account on this website and subscribed to a plan. You'll need your website account credentials to log in to the desktop application.

System Requirements

Before installing Fyndex, make sure your system meets these minimum requirements:

Operating System

  • Windows: Windows 10 (64-bit) or Windows 11
  • macOS: macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later

RAM

  • Minimum: 4GB RAM
  • Recommended: 8GB RAM or more

Disk Space

Minimum: 500MB free disk space

Internet Connection

  • Minimum: 5 Mbps stable broadband connection
  • Recommended: 10+ Mbps for optimal performance
  • Note: Stable connection required for real-time copy trading with multiple exchanges

Display

  • Minimum Resolution: 1600x900 pixels
  • Recommended: 1920x1080 or higher

Windows

Fyndex is available for Windows with multiple installer options:

  1. Visit the download page and select the latest release
  2. Choose the appropriate Windows installer for your system:
    • Windows (x64) (System) - System-wide installation for 64-bit Windows (requires admin rights)
    • Windows (x64) (User) - User-only installation for 64-bit Windows (no admin rights required)
    • Windows (ARM64) (System) - System-wide installation for ARM64 Windows devices (requires admin rights)
    • Windows (ARM64) (User) - User-only installation for ARM64 Windows devices (no admin rights required)
  3. Run the downloaded installer file
  4. Follow the installation wizard
  5. Launch Fyndex from the Start Menu or Desktop shortcut

Note: Windows may show a security warning. Click "More info" and then "Run anyway" to proceed. System installers require administrator privileges, while User installers can be installed without admin rights.

macOS

Fyndex is available for macOS with architecture-specific builds:

  1. Visit the download page and select the latest release
  2. Choose the appropriate macOS build for your Mac:
    • Mac (ARM64) - For Apple Silicon Macs (M1, M2, M3, etc.)
    • Mac (x64) - For Intel-based Macs
    • Mac (Universal) - Works on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs
  3. Open the downloaded .dmg file
  4. Drag Fyndex to your Applications folder
  5. Launch Fyndex from Applications or Launchpad

Note: If macOS blocks the app, go to System Preferences → Security & Privacy and click "Open Anyway".

Verify Installation

After installation, verify that Fyndex is working correctly:

  1. Launch Fyndex
  2. You should see the login screen
  3. Log in using your website account email and password
  4. Once logged in, you'll see the main dashboard

Note: The desktop application only has a login page. All account creation, subscription management, and payments happen on this website.

Troubleshooting

App won't launch

  • Check that your system meets the minimum requirements
  • Try running as administrator (Windows) or with elevated permissions
  • Disable antivirus temporarily to test

Installation fails

  • Make sure you have enough disk space
  • Close all other applications and try again
  • Download the installer again (may have been corrupted)
